Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to start a return
1. Email support@appnipo.site with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations
If an order is cancelled before it ships, you will receive a full refund.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
